Team Collaboration

Requexa workspaces are designed for teams. Everyone in a workspace shares the same collections, requests, and environments.

Roles & Permissions

Each workspace member has one of three roles:

owner
  • Full control over the workspace
  • Change anyone's role
  • Remove members
  • Send invitations
  • Manage all resources
admin
  • Send invitations to new members
  • Revoke pending invitations
  • Manage collections, requests, and environments
member
  • View and edit collections, requests, and environments
  • Send requests and view history
  • Cannot invite or remove people

Inviting People

Open the Team tab in the sidebar. If you're an owner or admin, you'll see an invite form at the top.

Enter their email address
Type the email of the person you want to invite.

Choose a role
Select Admin or Member from the dropdown.

Click Send Invite
An invitation is created with a unique link that expires in 7 days.

Share the link
Copy the invite URL and send it to the person via email, Slack, or any messenger.

Accepting an Invite

When someone shares an invite link with you, open it in your browser. You'll see the workspace name, who invited you, and what role you'll have. Click Accept Invitation. If you're not signed in yet, you'll be asked to sign in or create an account first, then brought back to accept the invite.

You must sign in with the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you use a different email, you'll see an error.

Managing Your Team

The Team tab shows all members with their roles and initials avatars. As the workspace owner, you can:

  • Change a member's role between Admin and Member using the inline dropdown
  • Remove a member by clicking the × button next to their name
  • Revoke pending invitations before they're accepted
Warning
The workspace owner cannot be removed or have their role changed.
